David M. Cherubin, Of Counsel
David M. Cherubin is an experienced litigator with special emphasis in the areas of commercial, administrative, and employment litigation. He has extensive experience in challenging and defending governmental actions, particularly in the area of the procurement of governmental contracts. Mr. Cherubin also worked as a judicial law clerk with the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. He graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 1986, where he was an editor of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Cherubin has published several scholarly articles in the areas of both constitutional and administrative law.
